Termination of Employment Contract
During the probation period :
within the first month : without notice or wages in lieu of notice
after the first month : a notice period of 7 days or an equivalent amount of wages in lieu of notice (notice period not less than 7 days)
After the probation period :
A notice period of 30 days or an equivalent amount of wages in lieu of notice (notice period not less than 7 days),
The Company may terminate the employment of Employee at anytime without notice or payment in lieu of notice, if, in the opinion of the Company, the Employee is :
guilty of any act of dishonesty, misconduct or neglect of duty;
engage in any act or omission constituting misconduct in respect of your duties;
be guilty of any grave misconduct or willful neglect in the discharge of his duties hereunder
commit a serious or persistent breach or non-observance of any of the provisions of this contract of employment;
engage in any conduct that in the opinion of the Company might tend to injure the reputation or standing of the Company;
refuse or neglect to comply with any lawful and reasonable direction given to you by the Company;
become bankrupt or make any arrangements or composition with the Emloyee’s creditors generally;
become of unsound mind or be committed to any mental institution in Hong Kong or overseas;
commit any act of fraud or dishonesty against the Company
be convicted of any criminal offence (other than an offence which in the reasonable opinion of the Board does not affect the Employee’s position within the Company) or otherwise so conduct himself as to bring himself or the Company or any holdings, subsidiary or associate company, firm or person of the Company into disrepute; or
engage in any act or omission that would permit the Company to terminate the Employee’s employment in accordance with section 9 of the Employment Ordinance.

The Employee agrees that the Company may deduct, from the Employee’s outstanding entitlements, any monies owing by the Employee to the Company on termination to the extent permitted by law
