有薪年假 被扣薪

May i know what is your Basic salary?

The 12 months ADW (713) should compare with your Basic salary and not your (Basic salary + Commission).

If your 12 months ADW (713) is HK$800.

If your Basic salary for Jan is HK$15,500, Average daily basic salary at Jan is HK$500.

If there is 7 days (Statutory Holiday + Annual leave at Jan). The company should pay you (HK$800 (ADW 713) x 7 days) - 7 Days (Average daily basic salary- HK$500 x 7)
= HK$5,600 - HK$3,500 = HK$2,100 (There should be a positive adjustment of HK$2,100) rather than deduction.

If your basic salary at Jan is HK$31,000, then your company has a correct calculation.

例如1月份的平均工資日薪是1000元
而過去12個月的總工資日薪是800元
1月份的7天大假 被扣了共 1400 元。
