試用期及有薪年假

本人入職日期 : 2021年12月15日
公司會計/HR部門說, 因為我2022年3月15日才過試用期, 所以2022年裡我只有9.5天有薪年假, 所有薪假期才會開始計算, 也說已在合約上寫明.
但我看過合約, 只是例出以下條款. 請問我是否有權跟公司討回應得的有薪假?

You will be entitled to 12 days’ paid holiday in each holiday year as paid annual leave, which runs from 1 January to 31 December, plus statutory holiday. This includes your statutory basic and additional holiday under the laws of Hong Kong according to Labour Department. Your statutory basic holiday is taken first, then statutory additional holiday, then any additional contractual holiday.
IN the holiday year(s) in which your employment starts and ends, holiday accrues at the rate of 1/12th of the annual allowance per completed month of service

You will not be entitled to take any annual leave during the probation period
